Individual Teams
Individual Teams are made up of Christian individuals, couples, and families from all over the United States who are brought together to work with and serve pastors, missionaries, nationals and charitable agencies from around the world. Anyone can join these teams. No experience or professional skills are necessary. Individuals with a variety of gifts and interests are needed on each team with the link being a strong commitment to Christ and a servant's heart.

Congregational Teams
MOST Ministries partners with churches who have at least 12 members with the desire and commitment to serve on a short term mission. These teams have the potential to touch uncountable numbers of people including their church membership, their local community and the nationals whom they will serve. Members of church partnership teams have said that one of the most powerful aspects of their mission experience was the blessings that occurred from and within their own congregations.
